We believe that teens thrive when they have guided support to explore their interests. The Giant Leaps framework allows each student to follow where curiosity leads. It provides each student a comprehensive and custom learning structure - integrating self-reflection, family discussion, one-on-one coaching, topic exploration, and a student project.

Within that framework, we personalize the curriculum - project topics, presentation topics, journal prompts, and more - to student strengths, interests, and goals. Our approach offers a one-of-a-kind, personalized learning experience that sparks curiosity and ignites a passion for learning.

Strengths Assessments: Both students and their parents begin the program with a strengths assessment. This helps teens identify their key strengths and create common language for discussions at home.

Discourse Prompts: Students receive a weekly prompt to spark meaningful conversations at home.

InnerWork™: Students complete weekly self-reflective activities. These activities develop self-awareness and often lead to breakthrough realizations. These activities enhance writing skills and create healthy habits of reflection.

Challenge Activities: The program incorporates multiple types of challenges designed to encourage social-emotional wellness and develop confidence.

One-on-One Coaching: Students meet with their dedicated Success Coach for 45 minutes each week and have unlimited access to them over our messaging platform.

21st Century Toolkit: Students learn about and research a topic that engages them, using our 21st Century Toolkit to guide their inquiry.

Integrated Project: Students synthesize learning through a final presentation or an impact project that they design.
